This pen is 5-1/8" long and the barrel is .383 with a tapered grip and a pocket clip. The Cap-O-Matic series come with a medium point black ink cartridge and uses the standard "SPR" series refills. The Cap-O-Matic series pens come in chrome, chrome with a gold shuttle emblem, shiny black with gold trim, lacquered brass finish, Camo, and matte black. They are all metal pens and come with the Fisher Lifetime guarantee. This refill was developed for NASA and has been used on EVERY Space Shuttle mission both American and Russian. They are hermetically sealed with a specially formulated thixotropic ink and pressurized to about 35 PSI.
