We knew from the onset that we wanted to avoid shrink-wrapping each foam sheet like other foam sellers for three main reasons. 1. Shrink-wrapping foam results in crushed corners and edges, damaging the product. 2. Shrink-wrapped foam products are usually put into random mailing boxes that frequently require being opened with a knife. Many common negative reviews we read on our competitor’s products were complaints about cutting slashes into the foam when they opened the box. This package removes that potential issue. 3. We are working hard to remove as many single use plastics from our process as possible to help stop needless waste. ISSUES FROM SHIPPING These foam blocks are pre-packed in very durable custom-made double-corrugated shipping boxes. That said, once it leaves our hands we know that mistakes can occur.
