Description: Hermle 1050-020 triple chime 8 day mantel clock movement with balance wheel was rebuilt to include bushings in worn areas, including the cam pivot, the #1 wear location for this movement. Unfortunately, after several weeks of successful testing, the balance wheel needs adjustments and may not function after shipping. As a result, I am selling the movement for repair or parts. The sale includes hand shaft nut. It will be shipped in double boxes designed by Hermle for safely shipping this particular movement. The plates are 120 cm square or 4 3/4” square. The movement was manufactured just 11 years ago (AA). The movement has been thoroughly cleaned in an ultrasonic cleaner, including the 3 mainsprings and barrels. After a rinse with Drizebrite, the movement was oiled and the mainsprings greased.
