A splendid note that just doesn’t get offered enough. Third party graded P.M.G #63 Choice uncirculated with bright white paper, sharp corners, embossing, a mis handled first sheet that has a bump in the top margin. Very hard to see with the naked eye because it’s very minuet. No EPQ destination added to the holder. A rather rare single digit serial number.
