Oats in general are a great food source, but if you catch this plant in its milky stage it is a nourishing, nervous system restoring powerhouse, it's really its superpower. This medicinal can be used to support your health in general, but can also make a big impact when you are dealing with more severe issues from crippling anxiety to drug addiction recovery. I found in my work with clients that it also works on building the body when dealing with adrenal issues, helping support the body systems so further recovery can take place. This plant is neutral and moistening. Traditional Dosage: 15-90 drops, up to 4 times per day in a small amount of water.
