This comes with La Z Boy Lazy boy recliner 23 inch wood base plate, Metal swivel assembly and attaching bolts. Great replacement or add-on for your La Z Boy chairs. The swivel turns smoothly and all the bearings are in place. There is some minor signs of use.on the base plate. The base plate can be removed and the metal swivel assembly sent without the wood base if desired. This swivel was on our Lazy Boy recliner that we replaced with a new Lazy Boy recliner. Go figure, this swivel didn't fit the new Lazy Boy recliner. Attached pictures show the condition and bolt hole dimension. Please measure before purchasing.
