Volume in"Good " Condition "Dedication" page has written dedication to: R.G. Storey from Ira Butler, dated Janury 22, 1949 R.G. Storey was involved in the International Military Tribunal at the Nuremberg trials. Ira Butler was an Attorney in Texas, served as an executive officer and later as Chief of the General Litigation branch of the War Department. Dedication page and Contents page have minor damage to the paper, apparently from the use of a paper clip.
