The rotor powering this superb timepiece was inspired by a vintage Ferrari steering wheel which can be viewed through the exhibition window on the back of the case. You'll also see a series of ridges along the case's sides that are reminiscent of a racing engine's cylinder head.The tribute to Alberto Ascari continues with a racing inspired dial that emulates the perforated brake discs found in Ascari's Ferrari racecar.
