Description: This listing is for GI Joe Convention General Mayhem. The figure is complete with the file card. I have kept this figure in the convention box set ever since I got it new. I am selling figures from the set separated. I have replaced the o-ring. There is some kind of residue on the right foot that goes from above to the bottom of the ankle. It feels a bit tacky. I'm not sure what it is or why it is there. Please see the pictures of that and some paint imperfections. The joints are good. Even though none of these figures have ever been displayed there are some QC paint imperfections. I have other GI Joe items listed.
