In good or better vintage condition. Only noticed damage is the plastic lamination to the cover pages is curling and starting to peel on the outside edges- see photos. Otherwise book is clean and bright, with no noticed handwriting and only very light page wear. Cover also has minor edge and corner wear We only deliver our packages using USPS. NO MEET-UPS OR HOME DELIVERY , and no UPS or Fed Ex (too far from our home to drop off packages).
