Gilbert's Nuremberg Diary--in its first edition, the first printing, of 1947.* This copy, which lacks the jacket, is in very good condition, notwithstanding some wear to the boards and back-strip. The front endpapers are marred by two small stains where (I suppose) a piece of tape once stood. The gilt on the back-strip and front cover--often sloughed from copies in this edition--is in excellent shape. The interior is free of underscores, annotation, &c.
