SINCE SOME ROOFS ARE OBVIOUSLY THICKER THAN OTHERS, IT DOESN'T COME WITH BOLTS, THE EASY MOUNT PERIMETER FLANGE ALLOW YOU TO SECURE THIS UNIT TO YOUR ROOF. IN THE INSTRUCTIONS YOU WILL RECEIVE, IT WILL GIVE YOU TIPS ON WHAT YOU NEED TO PURCHASE TO HAVE AN EASY INSTALL. CONSOLE IS MADE OF DURABLE, TEXTURED 1/8TH ABS PLASTIC WITH RUBBER SURROUND. There is no "BOTTOM" to this unit, it has to be mounted to a flat top and the rubber surround included will completely encapsulate this console to your roof.
