Seed/Plant info: Stocky plants produce abundant yields of large, 3 to 4-inch-long jalapenos that are perfect for slicing, pickling, or stuffing. We love to use Grande Jalapenos to make massive jalapeno poppers! Depending on the weather and time of year, they can be a bit hotter than the common jalapeno, but boy are they good! In terms of spiciness, we would rate Grande Jalapenos on the higher end of the jalapeno range, around 5,000-8,000 Scoville units. Harvests begin approximately 70 days from transplant.
