Description: Antique clothing button was produced in the early 1900s. The button has an embossed scene depicting a dog -- it looks like a greyhound -- standing beside a wooden fence. The button has a brass outer border, and a tin back -- with an embedded loop shank. Please refer to the ruler pictured in the image for the exact button size. Overall condition: Solid VG+..... The button may have tarnished a bit with age, or have light surface wear -- but there are no cracks, dents, or other more serious flaws. It is in very nice shape and it will display beautifully. My mom -- Nancy Moran -- was a longtime member of the National Button Society, plus was active in several local button clubs in New York.
