Believing the rumors of Janet's engagement to Bruno, Jack replaces the star with Janet, hoping that Bruno will finance his show. Bruno begins receiving bills from the theater and goes there to investigate. Janet mistakes Bruno for a reporter named Paul Tracy (Gordon Jackson), who was going to interview her. However, when Bruno arrives at the theater he finds Janet very attractive and does not correct her error in assuming he is a reporter.
