Description: As new, in original box, with inserts, instructions. Stored in a climate controlled, smoke-free environment. Not run or displayed outside of box except for test run and photos for this listing. Loco has all wheels driven, knuckle couplers, dual flywheels. Box has minimal shelf wear, sticker residue.. Loco runs smoothly in both directions on DC and DCC. Headlight is constant, directional on DC; controlled by Function 0 (headlight) on DCC. Sounds come on at about 5 volts on DC; movement at about 7-8 volts. Prime mover sounds only in DC (no horn, whistle, etc.). All sounds tested and operate per instruction sheet on DCC. Has excellent sound quality and motor control expected of an ESU decoder. Decoder addresses programmed to 03 (short) and 970 (long), with long address active.
