Wood Box - Professionally Hand Crafted. 16 1/2" long including handles x 10 1/2" wide x 10 3/4" tall including bottom cleats. This is a professionally hand made box, made out of pine using reproduction plans from original plans. This box is professionally constructed using glued and clamed joints and then nailed together. All nail heads are filled with wood filler. We use exposed cut nails in the box to give the box a period nailed look. The boards for the lid are glued and clamped. The bottom is one solid piece. The front and back long side of the box is hand stenciled using a reproduction stencil of the original stencils of the time. We can also put any stencil you would like on the box. This is a nice professionally hand crafted box. This is a must for the reenactor who wants to carry his or her small equipment in a nice period looking Ammo box.Rope handles can be added for an additional $15.00.
