DETAILS This is a comfortable sweatshirt with the full, zip up, hooded, two front pockets, and the sleeves have more of a sporty stretchy material while the black part is fleece. It’s truly comfortable and have a nice stretch and looks awesome. However, it does attract hair and fur as I’m sure you can see in the pictures. So I wanted to be honest for all you out there. Besides, that is fantastic. And it’s an excellent condition. It will also be sent to you washed and fur free…. Lol SIZE 2X MEASUREMENTS Chest 52 Length 30 AFFIRMATION and GROWTH Where is your mood after a difficult customer service call? I had to call a company to receive a refund or an exchange for a broken item I purchased. After three phone calls and attempted 30 minutes of different prompts to get me to customer service, I finally was being transferred to a live representative. The extra 15 minutes of hold time added to my frustration.. so by the time somebody picked up, I was already in the mood. And when the customer service lady couldn’t understand what I was saying my blood pressure started rising. I wasn’t very nice and felt horrible about it within minutes. I insisted on speaking to a manager or somebody who can speak English. This was already 45 minutes of my time and I felt I deserved prompt & excellent customer service. But the problem was it didn’t matter if my entitlement and expectations was valid or not between the excessive phone prompts and wait time…What mattered is how I could’ve treated the person on the other end of the phone with kindness, patience and love. Life can be frustrating and sometimes we can get very overwhelmed. Especially if things are adding up throughout our day. So when we have unforeseen problems arise, we may not always tackle it with kindness and grace. The customer service lady deserved to be treated with kindness and I failed doing that. So when you’re feeling like your tone or your words are becoming negative… try to put yourself in check and remember that it’s a real human with real feelings on the other side of the line. That’s what I have to do and sometimes I constantly have to remind myself of that. Let’s remember to always try to leave someone that we’re interacting with, feeling better than before they spoke to you. If we all did that, this one will be a healthier place.
