Description: Escape to Carmel, California and get away from it all! (at least for a few days). Spend time in coastal Carmel. We are owners at the Hyatt Residence Club in Carmel, CA. and sadly are not able to use all of our stays this year. The stays are Sunday through Tuesday. As for dates of usage, the following dates are available: September 22nd through September 24thNovember 3rd through November 5thNovember 17th through November 19thDecember 22nd through December 24th I am offering a non-smoking studio with an ocean view. The resort is not all-inclusive and does not require attendance of a timeshare presentation. The unit has a balcony with many amenities to make your say a pleasant one. The unit technically sleeps four adults although two individuals will have to sleep on a pullout sofa bed (good for kids but maybe not for another couple). The unit has a queen size bed, full bathroom, a deluxe tub, a kitchen, and a washer and dryer. The kitchen has a range, oven, refrigerator and all of the amenities you expect to find in a kitchen (pots, pans, microwave, kitchen utensils, paper towels, cutlery, knives, etc.). In essence it’s like a mini apartment. With respect to transferring the reservation into your name, I would merely need to call the property and have your name added to the reservation. Upon check-in, you must be at least twenty-one years old, have a valid identification and a major credit card (in case of incidental expenses should you charge them to them to the room).
