Description: Your circuit breaker panel in you house or apartment is use to do two things, split the phase and house the circuit breakers.. Splitting the phase takes the 250v main bus coming into the panel and splits it into two separate 125v busses. All we are doing here is externally wiring this back together just like a two pole 250v two pole breaker does inside the panel. The phone adapter will not power up until it sees 250v by design of my setup, when it does you have it right..
