Condition- has some wear. has a crack on side by the spinning tightness winder which doesn't effect performace. Also- I just installed a new battery and even with the rubber bumper that goes inside that holds the battery down it doesn't make good contact so it will come off and on. I put a small foled up piece of paper inside to hold the battery down and it didn't do it any longer. I believe you could add another rubber bumper or something other than paper if you wished to hold the battery down better but the paper also seems to work just fine.
