Description: Description:An antique cup and saucer made in Japan in very fine eggshell porcelain. The set features a handful of lovely little figures that look like children, but I don't know what they represent. Beautiful small hand-painted motifs with many sections overlain with heavy gilt / gold trim. This set dates to 1920s. I find no damage or staining or fading. My last photo shows a faint hairline to the interior glaze. The porcelain is not damaged. Please enlarge my photos. I have a little eggshell porcelain Geisha set in a separate auction.
