Lining fabric is not included. The kit is unused and factory sealed. In looking at the back of the package (picture #2) one can see that JCA used a rubber band around the threads. The rubber band has broken due to being brittle with age. In areas, the yarn is likely stuck to pieces of the rubber band and may require patience to remove.
