Description: For your consideration today is a very nice used vintage John Deere 162 20" 2 cycle gas hedge trimmer. This unit seems to have good compresson and has plenty of spark and will pop off with some ether sprayed into carb. I have not actually heard it run under its own power and fuel and the old man I got it from said it would need carb either cleaned or kitted so that what I am going with. It is a good looking little machine and looks as if nothing is missing or broken on it! My shipping prices are based off of what I have learned over the years that items cost to ship and most times I lose a little on shipping. There is no such thing as free shipping, shipping will either be paid by the buyer or the seller will take that much of a loss on the item to ship it. Shipping is expensive no matter who the carrier is and please understand this. I do not charge for packing materials or boxes and the majority of the items that I use are recycled as it just makes sense to do this.
