Description: Hilarious vintage Jungle Queen II Riverboat Postcard 1960's based in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. Oversized 8.25" x 3.5" featuring three photos of 'Florida's Most Unique Evening's Venue'. Still in operation today. Card is postmarked 'July 16' (no yr. visible) but it has two 2 cent stamps which was postcard postage 1963-1968. What makes this postcard so special is the sender's disgust with the Jungle Queen. On front of card the sender crossed out 'Unique' and changed it to 'Lousy'. They obviously did not have a good time and a portion of their correspondence includes more discussion regarding their displeasure. Janet wrote: "Dear Mario, Last night we took this boat, the 'Junkyard Queen'. The whole thing stunk. The show was rotten and we couldn't wait to get home." Condition is good no tears or stains. Please zoom in on photos as part of description. This a treasure and true collectible! We ship fast and FREE! Contact us with any questions.
