KAWECO is one of the oldest fountain pen companies in Germany and started the pen production around 1892. This Sport pen was produced in the 1970ties and is in a excellent++ till near mint condition. This special cartridge model of the Kaweco Sport was the last model that was produced by the company Kaweco. They have produced this model from 1970 until 1976 in the colours black, red and dark green. In 1976 the brand Kaweco disappered and pens from the last years are no so easy to find, because they did not sell a big quantity of this pens. Thats also the reason why the company has been disappeared. Special on this pens is the cartridge system. These pens are called sport, because the are very small in your pocket and its real a sportive innovation from Kaweco that they have produced a penset like this. If you put the cap onto the end of the shaft, the pen will get a length from 5,35 inches. A excellent pen for a collection or to write with and it is real difficult to find as cartridge pen and in a condition like this one.
