Description: A RICH SCHEELITE CRYSTAL SPECIMEN ACQUIRED BY ME FROM AN ASSOCIATE OF THE MINE OPERATOR!!!! Endeavoring to bring high quality fluorescents to the advanced collector and future displayer of fluorescent minerals! THIS ONE IS A RARE OFFERING OF SCHEELITE CRYSTALS (HUNDREDS OF THEM SPRINKLED ON MATRIX) LOOKING LIKE A SEA OF BLUE!!!! HAVE FUN WITH THIS PIECE :'). I CANNOT EXPRESS JUST HOW BRIGHT THIS SPECIMEN FLUORESCES, A TRUE DISPLAY QUALITY SPECIMEN, I'D KEEP BUT I HAVE TOO MUCH ALREADY. CHECK THIS AND MANY OTHER SPECIMENS OF BRIGHT FLUORESCENT BLUE SHORT-WAVE SCHEELITE. THIS IS AN EXTREMELY RICH PIECE AND WHILE THE PHOTOGRAPHY IS SUB-PAR, THE SPECIMEN IS TOP CLASS! This is a unique and rare offering, as any specimens from this mine are typically hand sized OR SMALLER. There is no better scheelite specimen offered online, I know I check the net daily and you will not EVER see this quality, size and defined unique specimen being offered. Unless it is the MUSEUM one I am also offering...lol! Go ahead and check!!! I do hate to loose any of my prized scheelite specimens, but my loss will be someone's gem of a top shelf piece. MUSEUM AND DISPLAY QUALITY!!! This specimen is a PRIME example of Scheelite CRYSTALS (fl. blue and blue/white SW)...[this is the true sea blue color...rare] from the Ophir Hill Mine, Ophir, Tooele County, Utah, USA. This is the first time I am offering this piece online. The fluorescent area consists of a richly CONCENTRATED SCHEELITE crystals on matrix. The predominant fluorescence is sky blue. It's out of this world in person! VERY RICH!!!!!!!!! One of the best scheelite specimens you'll ever have the chance of owning. Displays wonderfully, sits nicely with natural base. The size of the specimen is 6" (15 cm) by 4" (10 cm) by 1-1/2" (3.8 cm), a nice LARGE cabinet specimen. These specimens do not come up for sale often, or should I say pretty much never! I may be the only online source for this quality of material at present. DON'T MISS OUT ON THIS OPPORTUNITY. Great to add to a competitive display. Check this and my many other offerings now and in the days to come. The fluorescent picture(s) are under SW UV light, I am using a Superbright SW lamp. I apologize for any quality issues with my photographs, I am not a photographer, but a field collector at heart. The specimens I sell are much better in person, check out my feedbacks! Do not miss out in adding one of these high quality examples of fluorescence/mineralogy. I am an active member of the Fluorescent Mineral Society, PAST UV Waves Editor, and have been a member for over 40+ years. Although I don't feel that aged. I know what fellow fluorescent hobbiests are looking for, and will only offer quality here. I do guarantee my offerings, and as you see in my feedbacks, many buyers tell me how the specimens are better in person. PLEASE DO NOT BID UNLESS YOU ARE SERIOUS ABOUT PURCHASING THE ITEM. CONTACT ME WITH ANY OFFERS. Shipping costs are $20.00 for domestic and $100 for international buyers. Payment is required immediately, and terms are non-negotiable, contact me and let's talk if you are serious. HAPPY HUNTING AND THANKS FOR VIEWING MY OFFERINGS! KEEP CHECKING BACK AS I HAVE ROUTINE OFFERINGS OF VERY HIGH QUALITY!! WOW, AM I REALLY CONSIDERING SELLING THIS PRIZE OF MY SCHEELITE COLLECTION? WE'LL SEE, I MIGHT RECONSIDER HERE SHORTLY.
