Click images to enlarge Description Here is handsome personalized Mechanical Engineer's Manual with the name of J L Brown who was evidently the Superintendant of Water in Allegheny PA. Size is about 4" by 6.5", 1100 pgs with many foldouts in back. Feels like a soft, pliable leather but I'm not sure. The edges of pages are gilt. Some wear, but I would call it very good condition.
