Description: Item is like brand new - taken out of the box only for display case from adult collector. Story Behind the Item: It was given to me as a gift from a friend about 2 years after it was first released. She took it out of the box to place it in a display case as part of an adult collector item. Item wasn't exactly "used" nor did I take it out of the box after she gave it to me. NOTE: This item has been stored in a box for years - please keep in mind there is normal wear on the original packaging: There's a small dent on the front right hand side of the box (where it says Marvel Universe) On the front of the box towards the bottom right there's a small crease (where her hair is) & dent on the corner (by her glute area) next to the image of Rogue Small fray and wear on the corners of the top flap The top flap of the box isn't flat (curves a bit upward - due to it not being sealed) Box is not sealed The statue inside the package is in excellent condition, along with the contents accompanying it.
