Description: This listing is for a “lampified” Antique Aesops Fable Fox & Crow Porcelain (match, toothpick, etc) Holder Lamp. The porcelain piece, which I believe to be likely 19th century, is Hand Painted in great detail and has not been drilled modified when turned into a lamp. It could be turned back into a standalone item. It has been glued to the lamp base, I have not tried to remove it to avoid any damage. It is not marked by a maker or artist, likely concealed on its bottom, but is of quality make. The shade is vintage or antique, being made of tiny glass beads connected by wire that catch the light in a most interesting way. The design is excellent for many rooms and a large variety of decor styles. It makes this an excellent staple piece for your collection, one your friends definitely won’t have! A great collectors item, for use display gifting or decor. It is in good condition, with no major damage. Some very minor wear but no chips cracks anywhere, nor any repaired damage. Paint is seemingly original and is also in excellent shape. Shade has some minor areas of separation -see photos- but no missing beads. Electrics are fully working.
