Description: This is an incredibly large, round raku fired pot, made in the Kent, Ohio area, ca. 1990. Stamped by the artist around the top. The pot is both ancient and modern all at once. It looks like it could have been made in any century, dug from the grounds of an excavation of ruins long ago swept away. Executed on the wheel, this is one heavy, magnificent pot.
