Set was played with and enjoyed and rebuilt several times, so the set may have some minor play-related or age-related blemishes like loose or missing stickers, nicks, scrapes, mixing of light grays, or discoloration. Please see the pictures for some of the detail. There are some stickers missing (I added the Octan sign to roof) and some nicks on the red roof piece. Set was disassembled and then rebuilt to confirm that all pieces are present. No Manual but instructions can be found online... search LEGO 6562 Instructions. Set will be broken down for shipping.
