Models are Mid-Century modern revivalist design offering the traditions of federalist colonial bones as an homage to Jefferson and Washington, while at the same time weaving in artful modernist contemporary designs, achieving a balance of clean, minimalistic lines and colors that use Japanese and Scandinavian simplicity as inspiration. It stands as as a testament to the architectural school that was guided by the principle of “addition through subtraction,” which is to say “less is more.” The color palette is tan, black, dark bluish gray, accents of turquoise, with touches of brown, dark tan and nougat. Accent features on finishes are found with faux textures such as shiplap, board and baton, feature tiles, and masonry brick feature details in both dark tan and nougat.
