Description: Pictured is a Leica 10X Plan Fluotar Phase Contrast PH-1 microscope objective. The objective is infinity corrected with an n.a. of 0.30, cover glass thickness of 0.17mm is required. It is intended to be used on the more modern and current line of Leica microscopes, especially with reflected light fluorescence. Optically this objective is perfect but as you can see in the last picture, the lead in thread has been damaged. It still fits the nosepiece with only a slight amount of drag. It probably can be repaired but I don't have the tools to bring the threads back into alignment. The objective has been checked on a compound microscope and gives a sharp, well saturated "contrasty" image.
