Description: Lionel 282-20 Gantry Crane CLUTCH COIL, NOS, EXC-, TESTED REVISED JAN 24, 2024: I have learned that these have the smaller diameter shaft sleeve...so they are unique to the model 282 crane - NOT the 282R. Each one of these that I list has been tested with a volt/ohm meter. They meet Specs. Physically, the difference between the -20 and -156 versions is the size of the sleeve for the shaft. This is the smaller size, from the original 282 crane. Yes, the galvanized steel has oxidized a bit, but that will clean-up. Tabs were never bent; wires were never soldered. How many do you need?
