The charming design is quite beautiful. The round, slightly convex pendent hangs from an etched sterling bale and slides along a fine 1.5mm 18” snake weave chain with a lobster claw clasp. This is a very dramatic, contemporary, minimalist, folk art style piece, beautifully designed and expertly executed in the fine tradition of master Taxco silversmiths made in the mid last century. This pendent is a particularly fine example of the Taxco silversmithing and is very collectible.
