Description: Lot of 4 vintage World War II era ornaments. The largest ornament is a clear pink ball that measures approximately 2.25" high. Cap is stamped Made in USA. The clear ornament with the indent measures approximately 2" high and 1.5" across the indent. Only a trace of the pink and yellow color remains on the indent. It looks like the ornament may once have been colored silver on the outside. The purplish pink color ornament with the indent measures approximately 2" high and 1.5" across the indent. Traces of old glitter on the outside of the ornament. A lot of paint wear. The silvery green ball ornament measures approximately 2" high. ** Please note - there is a lot of wear on the paint on these unsilvered ornaments. They definitely show their age! No chips or cracks on the ornaments.** During World War II metal was in short supply and too valuable to be used on Christmas ornaments. These ornaments were not coated inside with a silver solution to make them shiny and reflective. Please refer to all photos.
