Description: NOS spun cotton made in Japan millinery stamens. Used for crepe paper flowers and you would color the cotton stamen bud any color you wanted. Perfect for millinery rose buds. These are still perfectly good to use and to use watercolor to paint them to the color of your choice and use them as stamens inside your flower or buds outside your flower bouquet. These were made before WWII so between 1930’s and very early 1940’s. Incredible find that they’ve stayed in once piece this long.
