OK - this is the TWIN AIR Filter Commonly used on the 1978-1981 Maico Models when you use a Mikuni Carb... Why use this?...the original Bing Carb Clamped onto the Cylinder Spigot and the Mikuni uses a Rubber Cylinder Connector - the Back of the carb needs more support other than the meekly Accordian style boot to keep the weight of the Carb from tearing off the Rubber Manifold - the Airbox hardware is removed - the Twin Air's Snorkel is passed thru the opening and simply clamped onto the carb ( Clamp is included ).......this is the same Filter I include with my entire Mikuni kits...I also offer all kinds of other Maico & Vintage Bike Stuff...... shipping in the USA will be $5 - Canada $15 & other Countries would be $18 thru the USA MAIL Unlike Others - the Buzzard DOES consider himself an Expert in this area after working on Motorcycles / ATV's / Snowmobiles / Watercraft since the early 1970's - and his opinions are based on years of Professional and personal knowledge of what happens in Real World Use - so PLEASE Contact me with any questions you may have!....
