It's very sturdy and in excellent condition.There are many beautiful details on this basket that give it a quality and timeless appearance. The handle is solid bentwood oak, and extends to the base, where a bottom stretcher is dovetailed into the handle. The rim of the basket is woven with a grass rope detail and woven into the basket with additional oak hardwood. This basket is newly made, but has a charming vintage appearance.
