Basically this is a full color art book for Makoto Shinkai's short film called "Cross Road", focused on Masayoshi Tanaka' keyframe animation drawings and his beautiful character designs. Cross Road is a 2 minute short film / commercial for Z-Kai corporation which it focuses on cram / test prep / tuition school education. The first 60 pages focuses on his keyframe animation drawings, then 10 pages of interview / talk between Makoto Shinkai and Masayoshi Tanaka, and the rest of the pages focus on character designs.
