Any order of covers & full books are charged the $4.00 All orders go out with some form of tracking. You'll find shipment details in your eBay account. We typically ship same day or next business day. We have a 99.8% success rate with our deliveries. The USPS has been having ongoing issues getting mail to where it's supposed to go ON TIME in some areas of the country. We've had some people experience waits of up to 20 DAYS to see their items.
