No need to source magnets or hardware! *optional spare tire mount requires cutting of chassis rails. Tire install is optional, but it cannot fit without cutting! cutting chassis rails does not reduce structural integrity of chassis. please see photos! One Kit Includes: 10x m2x8mm screws1x rear hinge1x front clip1x spare tire mount Features: Rear Hinge - Durable and simple rear hinge, This hinge mounts directly to the chassis and cage of the Ascent 18 and IR60. The Hinge allows the body to fold roughly 110 degrees from the front clip, so your body is out of the way and not falling down while you are working on your rig! Front Clip - No Front Bumper! - High Clearance! The front of your body shell is firmly held down using a simple clip that hooks into the front valance. It will not come undone on the trail but can easily be undone by hand. the front mount does not interfere with servo clearance (tested with stock setup) there is no trx4m style latch that hangs down below the bumper, and there is no added front bumper below the grille. this mounting system allows for a near 100% approach angle with 56mm tires. Perfect Body Placement - - The body is placed as low as possible before the hood hits the shock towers.- The body is level and sits flush with the stock rock sliders. - The body is optimized to fit the ascent 18 wheelbase perfectly, without tire rub with 56mm tires. Optional Spare Tire Mount - The rear hinge has a mount to Install an optional 7mm hex. This mount can fit up to a 58mm tire. I Recommend a lightweight wheel, with no brass insert, no foam, and a shallow offset. keep your spare tire light for performance! *you must cut the chassis rails at the rear of the chassis to fit a spare tire! this does not effect the strength of your chassis. please see photos! Recommended supporting modifications - pictured get your weight as low and forward as possible! keep your suspension sitting low! modifications pictured - -Flipped skid-battery in front of transmission-electronics on sliders-Nexx Racing 53mm shocks (shorter compressed length)-rubber bands on shocks- trx4m stock hexes - 1.5mm narrower on all sides - you must flip wheel nuts, nylon first!- shallow offset wheels for a scale look.
