There are side zippers on the lower part of the outer legs so you can take these on and off even with your skates/shoes still on. They have an elastic waistband with an drawstring tie for size adjustment. When laid flat and unstretched, these measure 17" inches across at the waistband (several more inches with stretch) and 44" inches in length with a 32.5" inch inseam.
