It is 57/58" inches wide usable with an additional 3-4" inch selvage. This brocade has a thin metallic sparkling layer that is glued onto a smooth satin backing. The metallic sheer on the front gives it a crisp texture while the satin layer gives it a soft silky feel. In addition, this brocade fabric has a slight 2-way vertical stretch.This fabric is great for apparel, costumes, dance wear, decorations and more.
