Description: Mexican Revolution Border War Real Photo Postcard Carranza Boy Soldiers Agua Prieta. Image photographed around time of the Battle of Agua Prieta November 1915. The battle involved the forces of Pancho Villa and Carranza and took place at Agua Prieta, Sonora across the border from Douglas, Arizona. The image shows two Boy Soldiers armed with rifles. One rifle appears to ba a German Mauser and the other a Winchester. Both boys have Bandoleers full of ammo across their chest and waist. Both sides enlisted very young boys to fight at Agua Prieta.
