It is brand new and in the original packaging. It is made of a pre-colored plasyic and includes internal bracing, bridge shoes, rivet detail. It does not include any bridge track, however, it does have a "concrete" deck over which you simply install your regular track. HO 30' - 4-1/8 x 1-13/16" 10.5 x 4.5cm Deck girder bridges are used by prototype railroads more frequently than any other type of bridge. They span everything from ditches to small rivers. These kits include X braces, lateral braces, rivet plates, bridge shoes and extensive molded-in details including rivet heads. The Open Deck Bridges include Bridge Flex-Track while the modeler's regular ballasted track runs across Ballasted Track Deck Bridges. This item will fit well into railroad scenes depicting the early and late 20th century Steam Era and Late Diesel Era from years 1900 to Present Day. Skill Level: Beginner This item needs to be assembled. It is a simple kit requiring only a few tools and a short amount of time to build. No painting is required, weathering is optional. A Word on Shipping Absolutely no international shipping, no items will be shipped outside of the USA. I do not make money on shipping, so there is never a charge for handling or packaging. I use USPS Priority Mail for a majority of my shipments because it is fast and you will usually have your item in 2-3 days. Because of the recent increase in postal rates, I will offer shipping for many of the smaller items by First Class Mail in order to cut down on shipping costs.
