This card has been professionally graded by Certified Guaranty Company (CGC) and has received a high score of Near Mint 7. I'm not sure why this card didn't grade much higher, but my loss is your gain. This card showcases Ken Sugimori's award worthy artwork. Distributed by Wizards of the Coast, this card is sure to continue increasing in value year after year! With fewer cards made in the Japanese language, and sets being released so much earlier than the English language sets, this series should be worth quite a bit more than the English version. At this time it is not, but that could change fairly rapidly when people start to realize how much rarer this set is than it's English counterpart! It should also be mentioned that the Japanese card stock was a higher grade than it's English counterpart, with centering and overal quality of the printing being considered to be much better.
