Description: Up for sale is a hardcover copy of Modern American Gardens Designed by James Rose published in 1967 by Reihold. The book measures just over 12" X 9" and is 224 pages in length with numerous black & white photos. The original dust jacket is missing (though the black & white photographic cloth design is arguably more attractive anyway, in my opinion) and there is some general edge and corner wear present, but no major cosmetic flaws. The hinges are tight and the binding is sturdy. I noticed some foxing spots to the half-title and title pages, but the vast majority of the book is in very clean shape.
