All orders will be shipped with a phytosanitary certificate included, which is required for customs clearance. The phytosanitary certificate is free of charge and included for all buyers. 2. We pack our plants with great love, care and attention. We provide appropriate insulation to avoid damage by cold weather and to ensure the plants will be delivered to you in the best possible condition. If you have any special requests or instructions please contact us before purchasing. 3. We try the best to deliver plants to you in good condition, but in the very rare case that the plants are dead on arrival due to complications during shipping, please take photos of the plant and inform us within 24 hours of receiving them. We do not provide any returns or refunds. We will only provide reshipping of another plant of the same value if a plant is missing or has died during shipping. To reship, the buyer must pay the shipping cost. 4. Some plants might have little spots or small yellowish edges due to our hot Thailand temperatures or sun exposure. However, new, younger leaves will come out with beautiful white variegation and may then turn a creamy tone as they mature or get a bit darker if exposed to lots of sun or warmer temperatures. Please understand that we cannot take responsibility for yellowish or fallen leaves. 5. The photos of each product are the exact plant that you will receive. You will receive a current photo of the plant you are purchasing after you complete the payment. 6. We only sell fully established, premium grade stock. Please do not ask us for any plants with only 1 leaf node as we do not sell them. Wholesale plant purchases are available. Please visit our wholesale section or message us for more details. In one box you can order a combination of up to 12 plants without needing an import permit. You do not need an import permit if you are importing less than 12 plants INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS be aware of the quarantine restrictions in your country. During the current covid situation, some countries may take many weeks to complete deliveries. Custom clearance in the destination country is the buyer’s responsibility. We currently ship to the USA, Canada, The EU, U.K., Singapore, Hong Kong and Japan. For other countries please message us before purchasing. Customers in Indonesia and The Philippines will need an import permit to import plants. Estimated delivery time is 4-8 business days. We use dragon courier to deliver in some countries and where this is unavailable we will use Thai post or EMS. Shipping costs are high to enable us to use a specialist plant courier. We use dragon courier as they are the fastest and most reliable shipping service for plants and we want to make sure your plants get to you as safely and quickly as possible. If you would prefer to use Thai post, the shipping cost will be cheaper. However, this is more likely to mean delays and subsequent risk of plant death or damage during shipping which will be the responsibility of the buyer. The cut-off time for payments is on Fridays, Bangkok, Thailand time. This is because we need to prepare the plants to be shipped. If the payment date is after Friday, we will ship your plant the week after. To avoid late shipment please complete the payment before that time.
